I’ve done it before. I’m actually quite proud of the previous results. I was healthy, fit, close to looking like I did before I had children and best of all … well rested.
Let’s face it … I got comfortable. I stopped believing I needed exercise. I remembered the joy of freshly baked bread. I got fat. UGH. So here I am, fat, tired and decidedly unfit. What choice do I have but to once again go all out and lose the carbs. It starts today. This is very unfortunate for my family as the first two weeks are usually the worst. I’m extremely grumpy and tired and missing my diet soda.
This actually has worked out in my favor as it seems my oven has decided now is the time to quit working …
