There is a special place in my heart for this girl. I have liked Haley straight from the start. I met her when she was in first grade and got to read with her in the hall just outside Mrs. Goulet’s first grade class. It doesn’t feel like it was really that long ago & it honestly makes me emotional to think that next year I’ll be relying on Snapchat and texts to her mom to hear how life is going. She has been part of my daily life for so long, I’m not quite sure how I’m going to go day to day without her.  She is brilliant and beautiful and sassy and all the things you’d want in a child … which is why I always tell her she’s my favorite child. Hales .. I’m so incredibly proud of the young woman you’re becoming.  You keep bringing light and positivity into the world and ignore anything that doesn’t bring you the joy you so richly deserve.
